When will my order ship?

Ready to ship costumes will be shipped in 3 business day after your order has been placed. Please note: if you need your costume shipped same day, please email naomirosedancewear@gmail.com.

What is your turnaround time?

Turnaround time typically ranges from 12 to 16 weeks, depending on volume, though it’s often completed sooner.

How do I choose the right size?

For the best fit, measure your child and ensure measurements are within the parameter as all sales are final. We are not responsible for inaccurate measurements.

Do you offer custom design?

Yes, if you would like a custom costume, email us at naomirosedancewear@gmail.com or reserve your spot clicking book. At this time, we only offer solo, duo, trios.

Do you offer bases only?

We do not offer base costumes only.

What is the difference between ready to ship vs custom design?

Ready to ship will not have custom measurements. A custom design will have custom measurements that are tailor to your child.

Return/Exchange Policy

Because our costumes are custom, we do not accept return or exchanges. No exceptions. All sales are final.
