- Detail form will be sent 24-72 hours after booking, that includes (measurements, color, inspiration photos and etc.) via email or social media

- Once the form is received, design process starts

- You will receive up to two sketches, depending on package selection.

- Allow one week to receive sketches.

- When sketch has been finalized, the costume will be place in queue based on deposit month that has been selected and no changes can be made.

- You will receive videos and photos of the final product, when completed.

- If payment plan needs to be setup, it must be setup once design has been approved.

Please note: select the month you need the costume. For example, if you need your costume by 12/30/2024, you will select December deposit reservation. If you need another date feel free to reach out.
